Part-Time Clerical Assistant (Temporary Position)
Akron, OH
$17–18/hr. Based on Experience

A busy distribution center in Akron is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clerical Assistant for a temporary opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, data entry, and working in a fast-paced warehouse office environment.

Schedule

• Approximately 12–15 hours per week
• Primary workdays are Monday and Tuesday
• Possible additional hours on Wednesdays

Responsibilities

• Heavy data entry and order input
• Printing shipping labels and paperwork
• Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting warehouse and office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP software is highly preferred
