This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building long term relationships and solving customer challenges across a broad spectrum of categories including Office Supplies, Janitorial, Print and Promo and Furniture sales. As an Executive Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities within an identified territory to sell FriendsOffice products and services. You will manage a wide range portfolio of customers and prospects, uncovering opportunities in nearly every department of a business. If you enjoy consultative selling and bringing value through one vendor solutions, this role is for you. Comprehensive product training is provided and continued throughout your career. Building a robust pipeline on a day to day basis is also an important part of this position and personal success.

FriendsOffice has been in business for over 33 years with a strong base of clientele throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Maintaining and building customer relationships is very important to us and it is our people that set us apart. This position will be responsible for sales in the Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B customers.

* Conduct in - person and virtual meetings to access client needs and present customized solutions.

* Promote the full FriendsOffice catalog of products and services across all business verticals.

* Collaborate with our internal customer support, furniture design, and delivery teams to ensure satisfaction.

* Stay informed on product trends and new offerings to provide proactive recommendations to customers.

* Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain accurate records in CRM software.

* Market products within your territory by actively cold calling on prospective accounts: via phone and face to face contact

* Attend networking events. Close Sales Opportunities!

Job Requirements:

*College degree or prior experience in B2B sales preferred (office products, janitorial, print/promo or similar industries preferred).

* Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

* Excellent organizational, time management, prospecting, territory management and closing skills.

* Professional appearance, articulate and good presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, goal oriented, driven to succeed and confident.

* Excellent technology skills.

* Must Maintain a valid driver's license.

* Passion for helping businesses run smarter and be more efficient.
