Switchgear Mechanical Assembly Specialist
Step Into a Day on Our Assembly Floor
Picture this: you start your shift reviewing detailed blueprints and work instructions, lay out your tools, and begin transforming precision parts into fully assembled Switchgear units. As a Switchgear Mechanical Assembly Specialist, you turn technical drawings into reality, verify fit and finish, and correct any discrepancies you discover along the way. Safety and quality guide every move you make.

- Keep tools and workstations orderly, clean, and audit-ready.
- Pitch in with additional tasks as needed to support team goals.
How You Work
- Welcome feedback and use it to improve your craft.
- Deliver on commitments and stay focused on priorities.
- Bring initiative and the drive to juggle multiple assignments successfully.

- Put customers at the center of your decisions and actions.
- Act with integrity and sound judgment.
- Work thoroughly, accurately, and reliably.
- Collaborate effectively within your team and across departments.
- Learn and follow manufacturing policies and procedures to meet ISO requirements.

- Basic working knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Safety training certifications are considered an asset.
Working Environment
This is a safety-sensitive role in a temperature-controlled manufacturing/industrial facility with occasional outdoor tasks.
