CAD/BIM Coordinator

INFINIUM has an immediate need for a full-time CAD/BIM Drafter that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team in Strongsville, OH with the following:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD and BIM-based applications to create high-quality shop drawings for commercial projects, including layouts, elevations, and detailed plans.
• Update, modify, and maintain drawings to accurately reflect work in place, based on precise field dimensions and as-built conditions.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality control and accuracy on all assigned tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management, Field Operations, and Estimating teams to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
• CAD experience required – primarily 2D Auto CAD
• BIM-based Applications or Revit experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient mathematical skills
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and related fields
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
