The Operator will be responsible for operating various PVC dip molding and coating ovens. No experience necessary.Duties:- Operate ovens- Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to supplied prints- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment-Hanging and racking metal parts to prep for dip molding and/or coating-Trim, inspect, un-rack, package, and palletize after the oven process-Assemble parts as neededExperience:- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBenefits:- Competitive pay- Opportunities for career advancement within the company- Comprehensive training providedRequirements: - High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to periodically lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsIf you have the skills and experience necessary for this position, we encourage you to apply.
