Manufacturing Technician-2nd Shift- Cincinnati, OH

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient operation.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
• Implement and follow sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation SOPs.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
