This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about event marketing, brand coordination, and supporting promotional campaigns that help drive successful corporate events and client engagement. Responsibilities * Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns for corporate events, exhibitions, and client promotions * Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and branded content * Help manage event schedules, promotional timelines, and campaign tracking * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging * Assist with client communications and follow-up regarding event promotions Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred * Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling toolsWhat We Offer Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
