A manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Group Maintenance Leader who will oversee the maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize production efficiency. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training
Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules and manage maintenance costs effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, ensuring timely repairs, and minimal disruption to operations
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology

Job Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Must have a strong knowledge of maintenance practices, troubleshooting equipment, and preventive maintenance programs
Must have excellent leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have excellent communicate and interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in maintenance management software and tools
Must have a strong work ethic with no attendance issues
