JOB OVERVIEW:
Join our dynamic Management Development Rotational Program designed to fast-track recent graduates into leadership roles within our organization. This comprehensive, structured program spans 2 years, offering hands-on experience across various functions of operations management, including supply chain, customer service, logistics, quality assurance, production, and project management.
JOB DUTIES:
- Rotate through various departments, gaining a broad understanding of operational processes and strategies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to operational challenges.
- Lead and contribute to projects that support strategic business goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, demonstrating insights and recommendations based on rotational experiences.
- Develop leadership skills through mentoring, training sessions, and on-the-job learning.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Computer literacy skills, especially with Microsoft Office suite, and basic data entry and computation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to work in various locations and adapt to different operational environments.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or prior work experience.
EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Internship experience is preferred, but not required.
