Our agency has been serving the community since 2015, with a second location added in 2022. Weve grown into a team of seven and continue to expand, building a strong, relationship-focused environment across both offices. I became a State Farm agent right out of college and am a graduate of Ohio University. Im married, love animals, and enjoy both watching and playing sports. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steven Saraniti - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
