Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Additional Details:

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Required Skills/Experience:Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Required Credentials:CRT or RRT accepted.

Special Requests:All RTO and scheduling requests must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission.Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling:Weekends as needed.

Floating Requirements:May float as needed at CCF facilities.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
