Compassionate Caregiver

:

Home Health Aide/CNA, STNA We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients home
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks, meal prep, grocery shopping
• Assist Transporting and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital appointments
• Assist patients with personal care activities
• Ability to document provided services in App
• Assist patients with mobility and maintain safe environment
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills

• Proven working experience as Home Health Aide/CNA/STNA
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Caring and compassionate personality

Requirements

• Background check required for this position (Must be able to pass a BCI)
• Current CPR and First Aid certificate
• Valid driver's license and ss card
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma/ GED
• Proficiency in English
