GENERAL FUNCTION:
ServiceNow Developer designs and implements software solutions as a member of an agile squad. Being assigned to an agile squad means this role also participates in all agile ceremonies driving activities from design to delivery. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

What You'll Do:

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or comparable with 5+ years of experience

• ITIL v4+ Certification

• Understanding of Software Development Methodologies

Nice To Have:

• Familiar with ITOM
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement event management practice in ServiceNow

• Required hands on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations specifically for Event Management

• As an ITOM developer focusing on ITOM development and configuration on ServiceNow platform this resource will deliver finalized ServiceNow solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITOM applications, particularly Event Management

• The engineer must be comfortable in json scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration and Integration

• Required Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Architecture

• Knowledge of event and alert rules in ServiceNow

• Knowledge and understanding of APM and Logging products such as SiteScope, Dynatrace, Splunk

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
