Troyer Transformations is looking for a skilled craftsman to join our growing kitchen remodeling team.
We specialize in cabinet refacing, countertops, tile backsplash installation, and under-cabinet lighting in occupied homes. Our projects require a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and problem solving.
This is not rough framing or production construction work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoys creating beautiful finished spaces for customers.

- Ability to work cleanly and professionally in customers’ homes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
You do NOT need cabinet refacing experience specifically. We are willing to train the right person.
Candidates with experience in:
- Finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Trim work
- Remodeling
- Flooring installation
- Custom woodworking
- High-end handyman work
