Compensation: $200K - $300K + exec level benefits package including equity options


We’re looking for a Vice President to lead and scale our U.S. business.


As the most senior leader for our U.S. business, you will be responsible for both performance and growth. You will lead the commercial growth of the U.S. business while driving operational performance and building a high-performing, customer-obsessed culture.


Reporting directly to the Group CEO and serving on the Group Board, this role will help shape overall Group strategy while driving long-term value creation across the U.S. market.


Backed by Waterland Private Equity and following our integration with QLS Group, we’ve delivered 415% revenue growth and we're entering the next phase of our international expansion.

We are a tech-enabled ecommerce fulfillment provider employing more than 400 people globally. With established operations across the UK, U.S., and Europe, we recently joined the QLS Group, a Netherlands-based fulfillment company backed by Waterland Private Equity.


This partnership strengthens our cross-border capabilities and accelerates our next phase of international growth.


Our U.S. operations include two fulfillment centers in Columbus, Ohio, supported by 4PL partners in Las Vegas and Canada.

You are a commercially driven leader with the ambition and energy to build and scale the U.S. business. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring clarity, ownership, and decisive leadership to complex situations.


You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and are deeply customer obsessed — driving operational excellence while building long-term partnerships with high-growth ecommerce brands.


A natural leader of people, you know how to build engaged, high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and sustained performance.


You are also a clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable operating at Board level while remaining close to the day-to-day realities of the business.


Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Act as the senior U.S. executive leader with full accountability for the performance and growth of the business
  • Lead business development and commercial expansion, with oversight of the sales pipeline and key client relationships
  • Own the performance of the U.S. fulfillment network, including Columbus operations and 4PL partners in Las Vegas and Canada
  • Represent the U.S. business externally with major clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Drive client retention, satisfaction, and commercial growth across the customer base
  • Set the strategic direction of the U.S. fulfillment network, including carrier partnerships and operational capability
  • Ensure operational excellence across the network, including facility safety, compliance, and the introduction of automation and technology
  • Build and lead a high-performing, customer-obsessed team with strong presence across offices and facilities


Your experience and skills

  • Proven senior leadership experience within fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or adjacent ecommerce operations
  • Strong commercial track record, including winning new business, growing key accounts, and driving revenue expansion
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site operations with full P&L accountability
  • Experience scaling both commercial performance and operational capacity in high-growth environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, margin management, and enterprise client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the leadership maturity to scale teams, operations, and commercial growth
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams through periods of growth and change
  • Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels, contributing effectively at Board level
  • Experience working within international businesses and complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exposure to private equity or investor-backed environments is highly desirable
