Driver & Field Crew - Roll-Off Dumpsters + Junk Removal

We are hiring a dependable Junk Removal Crew Member to join our team. This role involves hauling, loading, and debris removal, along with operating company trucks for deliveries and pickups when needed. Every day is different — from clearing out furniture to assisting on demolition projects — and we provide the training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks to job sites (no CDL required, training provided).

• Load, haul, and dispose of junk, debris, and demolition materials.

• Follow company safety and job procedures to ensure quality service.

• Provide respectful, professional service to customers.

• Communicate with dispatch and follow routing instructions.

• Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment in clean, safe condition.

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For:

  • Clean driving record (we check MVRs before hiring)

  • Comfortable driving larger trucks (non-CDL is fine)

  • Physically strong and able to handle heavy lifting

  • Able to work in all weather conditions

  • Good communicator and respectful with customers

  • Shows up on time, ready to work

  • Willing to follow safety rules — no shortcuts
