CNC Operator

CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts. Reads blueprints and CAD models, creates or edits CAM programs (Fusion 360 or Inventor), and adjusts tooling for accuracy and efficiency. Performs inspections using gauges and measuring equipment, troubleshoots machining issues, and ensures quality standards are met. Works closely with engineering and production teams while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

CNC Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $30.00 to $40.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm )

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce precision components
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to meet job specifications
• Create, edit, and run CNC programs using CAM software or machine controls
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools and equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment

CNC Operator Qualifications:

• CNC setup and operation experience
• Blueprint and drawing interpretation
• CAM software and basic G-code knowledge
• Understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail
