Forklift, Tow, Clamp & Reach Truck Operator
Job Summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse. This role supports daily material flow, maintains inventory organization, and ensures a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets throughout the facility
- Inspect pallets and materials for quality; report damaged or unsafe items
- Perform basic forklift safety checks and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all OSHA, safety, and company policies at all times
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Pallet, lumber, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
