Press Brake Operator

MJ Morgan Group is looking for an EXPERIENCED Press Brake Operator in Bedford, OH. If you enjoy working with metal, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality parts, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast-paced production environment.
SHIFT: 1st and 2nd Available!
PAY: $20+ based on experience and skillset!
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Select and install proper tooling for each job
Program CNC controls and monitor the bending process
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
Troubleshoot issues and perform routine machine maintenance
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating press brake machinery
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and precision measurement skills
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
Experience with CNC controls is a plus
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2-year technical degree or 5+ years of related experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials in a manufacturing environment
