A Day in the Life
You’ll move seamlessly from one hands-on task to the next—starting your shift by organizing your station using 5S principles, then setting up tools and machines for a scheduled production run. You’ll process raw materials (including thermoplastics), assemble fan components and system parts, and keep a close eye on quality, recording measurements and pass/fail outcomes. When equipment needs attention, you’ll troubleshoot and handle basic maintenance to keep production targets on track. Throughout the day, you’ll document output, scrap, downtime, and any process deviations, participate in productivity huddles, and help with material handling, shipping, and receiving. Other duties will arise, and you’re the kind of person who steps in where needed—safely and efficiently.
