Machine Operator

$17/hr - Paid Weekly
1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 7 am - 4 pm
work 36 hours paid for 40 hours
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
Ensure products meet quality specifications and report any defects
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following GMP guidelines
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Follow all food safety, safety, and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous machine operation experience preferred (food manufacturing a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
