Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional relationship with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Experience: Previous customer service experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is beneficial. Prefer Allstate experience. Property and Casualty Licensing required.
