A-Line is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide full-time on-site healthcare services to the male population at a correctional facility in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Correctional Nurse Practitioner

Location: St. Clairsville, OH
Pay: $60–$65/hr
Schedule: Weekdays only — no evenings, weekends, or holidays

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour shifts OR five 8-hour shifts
• Flexible start and end times based on facility operations
• No evenings, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult male patients within a correctional setting
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Ohio state regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, healthcare regulations, and clinical best practices

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
• Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or hospital medicine
• Board Certification required
• Active DEA certification required
• Current healthcare-provider level BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
