**Job Title: Life Enrichment Activities Assistant**

**Employment Type:** Full Time or Part Time
**Shifts Available:** 9am - 3pm OR 1pm - 7pm
**Hourly Rate:** $11.50/hr to $13.30/hr (Based on Experience)

**About the Role:**
As a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will work closely with the Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, organize, and implement engaging activity programs that promote physical coordination, mental stimulation, and social interaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute planned activities as outlined in the calendar of events.
- Assist in transporting residents to and from activities both within and outside the facility.
- Provide one-on-one activities for residents who are unable to participate in group events, as time permits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of residents' participation in activities.
- Organize alternative activities in the event of cancellations.
- Address resident and family concerns by referring them to the Director of Housing when necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with other departments to ensure a collaborative team effort.
- Engage with residents through visits, letter writing, running errands, and providing music or other forms of entertainment as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Current and valid First Aid training (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to complete an activity certification program (training provided upon hire).
