Advanced Analytics & AI Consultant

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Advanced Analytics & AI Consultant (Business Information Developer Consultant) will design and deliver scalable data and AI solutions that drive meaningful business decisions. In this role, you'll work across the full analytics lifecycle-from data exploration and pipeline development to modeling and deployment-helping translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for developing and executing more complex data mining and advanced analytics solutions, including support for AI/ML-driven insights and decisioning.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Determines how decision support systems and AI-enabled solutions will provide the data required to make effective business decisions.

  • Performs modeling of information sources, dataflows, and analytical pipelines.

  • May coordinate the activities of a project team and monitor project schedules and costs for own projects.

  • Create and maintain reporting and advanced analytical solutions leveraging enterprise data platforms.

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and alignment with enterprise data architecture.

  • Develops and supports complex data warehouse-related and analytical applications, including scalable data pipelines and model ready datasets.

  • The majority of time will be spent hands on coding, data analysis, and building reusable analytical/AI components.

  • Provide training and guidance on analytics tools, models, and data products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, & Experiences:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and/or SQL.

  • Experience working with large-scale data environments and modern data platforms.

  • Background in statistical modeling, machine learning, or generative AI.

  • Familiarity with BI tools and end-to-end analytics ecosystems.

  • Ability to work independently as a highly productive, hands-on "power coder."
