Hiring: Real Estate Lead Manager (Remote)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Manager to join our growing Real Estate team.

Pay:

• $6 per hour + Bonus

• Full-time remote position

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in Real Estate is REQUIRED

• Must have experience with cold calling and appointment setting

• Strong English communication skills — clear, fluent, and professional with an American-style accent

• Must be confident speaking with sellers over the phone

• Ability to handle high call volume daily

• Organized, fast-paced, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using CRM systems and dialers

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet work environment

• Hubstaff tracking is mandatory during all working hours

Daily Expectations:

• Minimum 500 outbound calls per day

• Minimum 10 appointments scheduled daily

• Follow up with leads consistently

• Update notes, tags, and calendars accurately

• Coordinate closely with Acquisition Closers

• Focus mainly on high-priority leads
