Atomic Wings is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering outstanding food and customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is committed to operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Cleveland, OH
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and support team members.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls.
- Prepare employee schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
- Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting responsibilities.
- Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
