Main Requirements:
Look to be a part of multiple responsibilities, tasks, and roles to meet the firm's needs.
Interest in learning financial operating systems to support advisory and client service teams
Own complex workflows, identify problems, and propose solutions within the firm
Design business architecture and systems in accordance with Peak's standards of excellence
Support advisors by translating financial planning needs into structured, scalable systems
Partner with leadership to test, implement, and optimize new tools, workflows, and strategies
