Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer - OHHC
Job Title: Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Facilities across OH
Pay Rate: $60 – $64/hour (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available
Position Summary:
We are hiring a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer with experience in congenital and acquired pediatric heart conditions. This role involves working with pediatric cardiologists to perform specialized echocardiograms on neonates, infants, and children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform transthoracic and fetal echocardiograms for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists on diagnostic interpretation
• Prepare and position patients for optimal imaging
• Support sedation monitoring in imaging when needed
• Maintain accurate reporting in EMR and imaging systems
Qualifications
Experience:
• 2+ years of pediatric cardiac imaging experience
• Ability to work with children and families compassionately
Education & Certifications:
• Graduate of accredited diagnostic medical sonography program
• ARDMS (RDCS-Pediatric Echo) or CCI (RCS) preferred
• BLS (AHA) – Required
