Automotive Dealership. We have an immediate opening for a Lead Service Advisor. Franchise Dealership experience and/or AutoSoft experience is a big plus. Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.
• Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Service Experience Index scores at or above company standards.
• Interview Customers to capture relative information pertinent to customer concerns
• Maintain good working relationship with factory and foster positive employee relations.
• Utilize Company Scheduling system to support appointment coordinators

Qualifications

• Previous Experience with CDK preferred but not required
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
