About the Position

The company is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all phases of a large-scale, technically complex construction project located in Sandusky, OH . This role requires full-time onsite presence and is anticipated to span approximately 36 months .

As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for field operations, schedule and budget oversight, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. This is a leadership role best suited for a professional with a proven background in large-scale, mission critical construction—particularly data center experience .

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in construction management, with at least several years on large or technically intensive projects

• Data center or mission critical facility experience strongly preferred

• Proven success managing teams, subcontractors, and field operations on complex construction sites

• In-depth understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality management

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to interface effectively with owners, engineers, and vendors

• Must be local to Sandusky, OH , with the ability to be onsite full-time
