• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,250 - $2,310 per week

Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44195 (Ohio nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit (G90 - Urology)
• Contract Length: Up to 18 weeks (confirm preferred duration at submission)
• Start Date: September 5, 2025
• End Date: January 9, 2026
• Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts per week (Day: 7:00am – 7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm – 7:30am; typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights as needed)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (Travel RN Contract)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required for travel nurse assignments
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license required at time of submission
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (all active, no pending certifications)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty required
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• Must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Must be able to pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprinting prior to start date

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and accurately document all care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Float to similar nursing units as needed to support hospital staffing needs
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, clinical procedures, and safety standards
