This opportunity is designed for drivers who want long-term stability, consistent freight, and professional support — not a revolving-door trainee role.

Compensation Overview

• Training Pay: $650 per week for the first 4–6 weeks

• Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week

• Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience-based)

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded

• Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit

Most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training requirements are completed.

Equipment & Freight

• Assigned late-model automatic tractor after upgrade

• No-touch dry van freight

• Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload

• Nationwide freight network

You’ll gain real OTR experience while running consistent, predictable freight.

Schedule & Operating Area

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset

• Running Area: 48-state OTR after training

• Home Base: Cincinnati, OH metro region

This is a true over-the-road position built to help new drivers develop strong fundamentals.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• Willingness to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Cincinnati, OH

• Safety-focused mindset and dependable attendance
