Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Account Administrator professional to help take our company to the next level. HVAC industry experience is a plus. As a small-medium sized business in the emerging energy efficiency and renewable energy space, our goal is to grow sales and become a national leader. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support to the existing customer base by focusing greatly on internal operations, while maintaining a high level of service excellence. The core of this position is to support our National Account Team with order management, scheduling and administrative functions. The goal is to grow our business profitably by providing our customers with great, responsive and friendly service. Account Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support primarily internally, with an occasional external focus as needed
- Provides administrative support for the National Account Team
- Enters sales orders from construction schedules, purchase orders and sales requests
- Manages customer construction schedule updates/revisions
- Builds weekly technician service schedule
- Processes customer invoices and reviews contracts
- Creates and maintains internal process documentation
- Any other job duties as assigned
- Associates degree or higher in related field preferred
- Administrative and customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills necessary
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, follow up, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution
- Able to demonstrate a high level of integrity, and a penchant for high quality
- Must possess a strong work ethic and a high level of self-accountability
- Willingness to take on added responsibility and learn in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel on Windows 10
- ERP (SAP) systems desired
