Director of Fiber Operations - OH/IN
- Forward facing interactions with senior leadership on our side and the customer side.
- Overseeing all day-to-day construction and working within SOPs
- Overseeing the compilation of invoices and as-builts
- P&L responsibility and minimum profitability
- Growth and development of Sunrise managers
- Process improvement as necessary
- Market growth where possible
- Vendor management
- Travel between markets as necessary and needed
- Proven ability to start and grow individual offices as needed
- At least 10 years of telecommunications industry experience
- Prior experience in OSP Operations, standing up an office
- Project Management, business operations experience
