TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Ohio!

ID: 63333654 Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: *Cardiac experience required*Must have experience with CABG and valve post-op.Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered. **Must have CABG experienceNeed EPIC experience **Targeted patient ratios are 1:4-6** All 48-hour contracts OT is billed at 48 hoursMust have the following requirements: Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment BLS, ACLS, IV start, NIH & cardiac drip titration - must be able to read and interpret strips Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed. 1.5 years exp some level 1 or 2 is preferred Travel experience preferredFloating and Other Requirements: Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID. If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus. Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.Unit Valley Hospital 36 bed unit.Specialty includes pre and post-op open heart management including CABG, valve, mitral clip & TAVR, thoracotomy, etc. Lung cases including pneumothorax, hemothorax, chest tube, zephyr valve. Advanced care cardiac patients with continuous telemetry. Navy Blue ScrubsRTORequest RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
