Office Manager/ Travel Coordinator

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Logistics & Travel: Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation; create comprehensive itineraries; and manage security clearances for staff.
- Office Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for phones and visitors, manage office supplies, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Project Support: Generate reports for the accounting department and publish daily equipment rental schedules.
- Event Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for travel-related changes and resolve logistical challenges in real-time to ensure seamless event execution.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Must be able to manage high-volume data and logistics without errors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and travel booking platforms; typing speed of 60+ WPM.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management or logistics (event production experience is a plus).
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time in the office and pass a basic background check.
