Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Tayfel & Associates, LLC is a trusted plaintiffs’ firm dedicated to providing excellence to a broad range of clients who have suffered injuries. Our office is located in the Warehouse District of downtown Cleveland. We are seeking a full-time or part-time experienced Receptionist to support our busy, growing firm who will report to the Senior Paralegal – Office Manager.

Responsibilities include:

· Warmly and professionally greet clients and visitors

· Answer, route calls and take messages using a multi-line VoIP phone system

· Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

· Prepare basic correspondence, intake materials and initial steps of opening a file

· Scan and consistently label a high volume of documents

· Schedule client consultations, meetings, and attorney appointments, when needed

· Maintain digital calendars and ensure accuracy with reminders and updates

· Oversee reception and conference room organization

· Support Paralegals and Attorney as requested

· Orders office and kitchen supplies and restocks office and kitchen

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior Receptionist or Administrative experience in a legal setting preferred

Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, and other digital tools as acquired

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to maintain friendly and professional manner while adapting to new technologies and evolving processes.

Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented
