Our agency opened in 2008 and is a small, close-knit team of two who take pride in providing professional, personal service to every customer. With a degree in Finance and Marketing and a background in sales, I bring both industry knowledge and a people-focused approach to the way we serve our community. Im a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, married, and the proud parent of adult sons. Family plays a big role in my life, and that same family-first mindset is reflected in the way our agency operates. Were actively involved in the community through organizations like the Indian American Chamber of Commerce, the Loveland Foodbank, and the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
