This Class A CDL Truck Driver position runs Midwest and Southeast regional lanes with routes designed to avoid New York City completely. Drivers stay on practical freight lanes that provide steady miles without the stress of difficult urban traffic and tight delivery areas.

Freight is 100% no-touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving instead of loading and unloading trailers. Most runs are planned to keep wheels moving and downtime limited throughout the week.

Drivers are typically out five days before returning home for a guaranteed 48-hour weekend reset. The consistent schedule helps drivers maintain reliable pay while still getting quality time at home.

Equipment includes automatic Freightliner Cascadias with refrigerator, TV, DirectTV, SiriusXM, and comfortable sleeper setups. Trucks are maintained regularly and assigned to drivers to support consistent operations.

Pay includes detention, layover, and breakdown coverage along with sign-on bonus opportunities. LEM Trucking also provides medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, vacation pay, rider policy, pet policy, company-paid truck washes, and optional per diem.

Requirements: Valid Class A CDL, minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, meet DOT requirements, and maintain a safe driving record.
