POSITION SUMMARY
If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will be there to answer.
You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection. You will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve any questions.
This position is key to enhancing the patient experience at ProMedica.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in medical registration, billing, customer service or
collection.
Salary Range - $31,200 - $58,968

This is a remote position; however, employment is limited to residents of certain U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Eligibility is based on applicant’s primary residence at time of hire.
