General Laborer
Job Title: General Laborer
Job DescriptionAs a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assembling custom window frames from start to finish. You will utilize a tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification. Your role will include performing quality checks on all completed windows and utilizing tools such as table saws, trim saws, vertical/horizontal sanders, and air nailers. You will also be responsible for moving windows over 50 pounds throughout the facility using carts and material handling equipment. Additionally, you will perform final quality checks on windows before they are prepped for shipment and assist with other general labor tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.
- Utilize measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Perform quality checks on completed windows.
- Use table saws, sanders, and air nailers for assembly tasks.
- Move heavy windows using carts and material handling equipment.
- Conduct final quality checks before shipment preparation.
- Assist with additional general labor tasks as needed.
- At least one year of production/manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and quality mindset.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work seated as required.
- Experience in grinding and assembly processes.
- Willingness to work overtime and collaborate with team members.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
