Our nutritional feed ingredients include trace mineral and vitamin premixes that are used in the production of animal feeds. Species: Dairy Swine Beef Poultry Pet Equine Location: 5191 Kill Road, Delphos, Ohio 45833, United States Shifts Available: 1st shift - Full-time positions open Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch. 2nd Shift - Full-time scheduled for Monday-Thursday, 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM till 1:30 AM 2nd Shift - Part-time positions are also Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM till 10:00 PM. Compensation: TYPE: Hourly PAY RATE: Starting Wage: 1st Shift-$18.00 per hr. / 2nd Shift-$19.00 per hr. -- including additional $1.00 shift premium. DURATION: Permanent About this Job: Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 2nd Shift Premium. We are now also offering a sign on bonus of $2,000 for full-time employment ($500.00 paid every 90 days of employment). The work -- The Employee fills bags with various animal feed ingredient products, sews and then stacks 50-55 lb. feed bags from packaging line on to pallets for warehouse storage. We now have three robots performing most of the production line stacking taking away the most physical part of the job. All full-time employees and part time employees are also eligible for holiday pay after thirty (30) days of service. 2025 Holidays are Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day (2026). Vacation, Personal and Sick pay will be available for full-time employees as of their first anniversary's hire date.
