• $17.00 Per Hour
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Monday - Friday (Weekends Off)

Responsibilities:

• Tech Guru: Assist customers in using their car's technology, including infotainment, navigation, and Bluetooth.
• Phone Pairing Pro: Help connect phones for hands-free calling and music streaming.
• Customer Hero: Provide excellent service by answering questions and solving tech issues.
• Follow-Up Star: Contact customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address questions.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest car technology and updates.
• Always Learning: Attend training to enhance tech knowledge and customer service skills.
• Stay Organized: Document customer interactions and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications:

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with in-car technology like navigation, Bluetooth, and smartphone integration.
• People Person: Enjoys helping others and creating great experiences.
• Clear Communicator: Simplifies complex tech concepts for easy understanding.
• Problem Solver: Thrives on tackling tech-related challenges.
