Office Assistant
About the Job
Nova Home Health Services is seeking an independent, self-driven, motivated person with exceptional organizational skills. To perform assigned clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations under the direction, instruction and supervision of the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:- Maintain schedule for services requested and provided to agency clients.
- Upload and file client and employee information within the established time frames.
- Set-up client files (paper and automated system).
- Answers office phone and communicates information to the appropriate individual.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, CHAP and local rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Clean Background Check.
- Valid Driver License or State ID.
- Usage of office equipment experience.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literate or willing to be trained.
- Ability to function with minimal direction.
- Demonstrates time management.
