What You’ll Do * Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and with accuracy. * Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more. * Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues. * Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed. * Provide accurate time estimates for repairs and services. * Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. * Uphold our values by always trying your best, doing the right thing, and showing customers and coworkers that you care. What We’re Looking For * Broad knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnostics. * A hardworking, team-oriented mindset. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to adapt to new technology, tools, and repair procedures. * Positive, friendly attitude and a service-first mentality. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * High school diploma or GED required.
