Shift Details

2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm. You’ll train on 1st shift for 3–6 months before transitioning to 2nd.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manual lathe, mill, grinder, drill presses, plus CNC mill and CNC lathe
• Modify, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and tooling
• Interpret mechanical blueprints and execute to spec
• Perform precision inspections using micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers
• Coach junior machinists and identify tooling/process upgrades
• Keep a clean, safe, organized workspace with 6S discipline

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in both manual and CNC machining
• Solid understanding of mechanics, shop math, metal properties, and machining methods
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• A proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$32/hour based on experience, plus quarterly profit sharing
