CNC/Manual Machining Technician, Toolroom & Production

Shift Details
2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm. You’ll train on 1st shift for 3–6 months before transitioning to 2nd.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate manual lathe, mill, grinder, drill presses, plus CNC mill and CNC lathe
- Modify, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and tooling
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and execute to spec
- Perform precision inspections using micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers
- Coach junior machinists and identify tooling/process upgrades
- Keep a clean, safe, organized workspace with 6S discipline
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in both manual and CNC machining
- Solid understanding of mechanics, shop math, metal properties, and machining methods
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- A proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$32/hour based on experience, plus quarterly profit sharing
