Phoenix Learning Center is growing, and we are seeking a passionate, student-centered Intervention Specialist to join our team supporting students with unique learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.

We are not a traditional school environment. Phoenix combines:

• STEM + Project-Based Learning
• Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
• Behavioral and therapeutic supports
• Vocational and hands-on learning opportunities
• Small-group, individualized instruction

Our team works collaboratively to create meaningful educational experiences for students who benefit from a more personalized and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized instructional supports
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and staff
• Support IEP implementation and progress monitoring
• Differentiate instruction based on student needs
• Assist with behavioral and emotional regulation strategies
• Maintain documentation and compliance requirements
• Foster a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with diverse learning and behavioral needs preferred
• Passion for relationship-based and individualized education
• Ability to think creatively and work within a collaborative team
