Are you hands-on, motivated, and looking for a career—not just a job? Interstate Ford is hiring Lube Technicians to join our energetic Service Department. No prior experience? No problem! We’ll train you from the ground up and set you on the road to success.
This is the perfect opportunity for recent grads, career changers, or anyone eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance
Get hands-on training directly from experienced technicians
Learn to use modern tools and follow manufacturer guidelines
Be part of a supportive, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For:
No experience required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Reliability, teamwork, and motivation to grow
