Senior Epicor Eclipse Pricing & Rebate Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Epicor Eclipse Pricing & Rebate Analyst with deep, hands-on experience managing complex pricing structures and vendor rebate programs within Epicor Eclipse. This role is designed for an Eclipse professional who has owned pricing accuracy, rebate compliance, and margin protection in a high-volume distribution environment.

This is a specialist role—not a general ERP analyst position. The ideal candidate lives in Eclipse pricing and rebates and understands how configuration decisions directly impact profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Execution (Epicor Eclipse)

• Own and manage all Eclipse pricing structures including:

  • Customer and contract pricing

  • Matrix pricing

  • Item and product group pricing

  • Ship-to vs bill-to pricing logic

• Resolve pricing hierarchy conflicts and order-entry pricing issues

• Lead pricing change initiatives, effective date management, and rollout strategy

• Reduce manual overrides and pricing errors through system optimization

Rebate Program Ownership

• Design, configure, and maintain vendor rebate programs within Epicor Eclipse

• Ensure accurate rebate accruals tied to shipment activity

• Lead monthly and quarterly rebate reconciliations with vendors

• Identify and recover missed or under-accrued rebates

• Partner with Accounting and Finance during close and audit cycles

Reporting & Margin Protection

• Build and maintain pricing and rebate reporting within Eclipse, BAQs, or SQL

• Analyze margin impact of pricing and rebate programs

• Create exception reporting to proactively identify pricing and rebate issues

• Provide rebate and pricing insights to leadership and stakeholders

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the subject matter expert for Eclipse pricing and rebates

• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance on pricing governance

• Support testing and validation during system upgrades or enhancements

• Document pricing and rebate processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Epicor Eclipse experience

• Proven expertise in Eclipse pricing configuration and rebate management

• Experience supporting complex customer pricing and vendor rebate programs

• Strong understanding of margin analysis and financial impacts

• Advanced troubleshooting skills within Eclipse

• Ability to work independently and lead pricing and rebate initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Eclipse reporting, BAQs, or SQL

• Distribution or wholesale industry background

• Prior ownership of pricing or rebate governance

• Experience supporting audits or vendor rebate disputes

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel on-site 1–2 times per month if working remotely.
